Then we offer you Romania, the country where the legend of Dracula was born! Here you can see different places, from ancient and historical cities to most modern ones, from mountains to seaside, places where culture and sport are combined together.
But what is so special about Romania is that is offering you the opportunity to develop yourself through 2 national programs: Grow and Money Sense!
Grow is a long-term non-formal education program addressed to high school students in Romania, being run by AIESEC and a specialized NGO in non-formal education. The main purpose of the program is to give the students a chance to develop certain skills such as project management and communication and also to take part in an international experience.
Money Sense is a financial learning program that aims to educate high-school students through different lessons and workshops in order them to know better how to administer their resources and to understand better the financial domain.
Why these Programs?
• You will develop your communication and presentation skills in English;
• Gain experience in training and sessions delivering in an education institution;
• International experience together with young people from all over the world;
• Experiment more than one culture;
• It will consist a new experience for your CV.
What do you need to know?
• The projects are taking place during November-December 2011.
• Duration of internship: 6-8 weeks.
• Food and accommodation are provided.
• The transportation to and back from Romania is covered by the student applying for the Program. AIESEC will help you to find the best option for your trip there.
• When you will arrive in Romania, you will receive a preparation on how to deliver trainings and sessions related to the issues from the projects, together with other international students participating into the programs.
Main steps in selection process:
• Apply until 5 of October!
• Pass the interview during 6-8 of October! (The interview will be a discussion in English for 10 minutes with an AIESEC member).
• Participate to the Outgoing Preparation from 13-16 October.
• Realize all formalities together with AIESEC.
• Go and Grow with Romania!
